These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WOCOTOMADI website and any services we offer. By visiting this site, submitting a form, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a donation or submit an application on this site.

3. Authorized Use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to: • Interfere with or compromise the security of the site • Attempt to access administrative areas without authorization • Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content • Copy, modify or redistribute site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use

4. Administrative Accounts

The administrative interface is reserved for authorized WOCOTOMADI staff. Any unauthorized access attempt is prohibited and may result in legal action. Authorized account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

5. Donations

Donations are made through PayPal, a secure third-party payment processor. Donations are final and non-refundable except in case of demonstrable error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount). To request a refund for such an error, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. WOCOTOMADI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. An official receipt is automatically emailed to you and is also available for download.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos) is the property of WOCOTOMADI or is used with the authorization of its rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Limited exceptions: you may share articles and events on social media using the links provided, and the press may quote us with proper attribution.

7. User Content

When you submit a message, volunteer application or comment, you grant WOCOTOMADI a non-exclusive, free license to use this content for the purposes for which it was submitted (response, application processing, moderation). You represent that the content is yours and does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. WOCOTOMADI does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and does not warrant the accuracy of third-party content (partners, external links).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOCOTOMADI, its officers, employees and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WOCOTOMADI harmless from any claim, loss or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the site.

11. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the site or to any service if you violate these terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bristol County, Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after publication of the changes implies your acceptance.
