We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you: • Make a donation (name, email, billing details processed by PayPal, donation amount) • Apply to become a member or volunteer (name, email, phone, country, message) • Subscribe to our newsletter (email address, preferred language) • Contact us through the contact form (name, email, subject, message) We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to ensure the site works correctly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: HTTPS encryption for all communication with the site, hashed passwords, restricted access to the administrative back-office, and regular off-site backups. • Donation records: kept for the duration required by U.S. tax law applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations (typically 7 years) • Membership and volunteer applications: kept for as long as the relationship is active, plus 3 years • Newsletter subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe • Contact messages: kept for 2 years
